What happens with the fish we catch?

Our captains will be happy to clean it for you upon arrival to the dock. It’s part of the service of all fishing excursions.
After that, we can take the fish to any of the restaurants we recommend. We will also make a dinner reservation and provide any meal specifications you may have.
Our kitchen also processes the fish with a chamber vacuum packing system and deep freezer for those who want to bring the fish home.
