The BACo Fishing Show Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Baja Adventure Co. / BACo Fishing (“Sponsor”).
The Giveaway begins when the official BACo giveaway form is made available at the fishing show and ends at 4:30 PM Eastern Time on March 15, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
To enter, participants must complete the official BACo giveaway signup form and subscribe to receive BACo Fishing reports, updates, and news by email during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person / one entry per email address. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 3-Day Fishing Trip in La Paz, Mexico with BACo for two (2) anglers. The prize includes 3 full days of fishing in our 26 ft Angler Panga or similar, accommodations for 2 anglers based on double occupancy, and snacks, sandwiches, soft drinks, and water during the fishing sessions.
The prize does not include meals other than during fishing time, tips, alcoholic beverages, airfare, or anything not specifically listed as included above.
The prize must be redeemed within one (1) year of the winner announcement date and is subject to availability, scheduling, weather, and BACo operational considerations. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner Selection: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place after the Entry Period closes. The winner will be announced at approximately 4:30 PM Eastern Time on March 15, 2026 during an Instagram Live on @baco.fishing. Sponsor reserves the right to announce the winner by another reasonable method if technical issues or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control affect the live broadcast.
Winner Notification: The winner may be contacted by email using the email address provided at entry. The winner does not need to be present or viewing the Instagram Live to win. If a selected winner does not respond within the time period designated by Sponsor, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
By entering, participants agree to receive BACo Fishing email communications and understand they may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
